Our Programs

Grace Blanket programs are structured, evidence-based wellness curricula designed specifically for older adults. Delivered by certified instructors at community studios, every program includes standardized outcomes tracking so we can demonstrate measurable impact.

What Makes Our Programs Different

Evidence-Based

Every program meets ACL criteria for evidence-based health promotion—tested in randomized trials, published in peer-reviewed journals, and proven effective in community settings.

Instructor-Certified

Every instructor completes official certification from the program developer. This ensures fidelity to the curriculum and maintains the quality demonstrated in research.

Outcomes-Tracked

Standardized data collection across all sites—balance assessments, strength measures, falls incidence, quality of life. Real data to show real impact.

Community-Delivered

Programs happen at studios in your neighborhood—community centers, fitness studios, senior centers—not in clinical settings. Accessible, welcoming, social.
